contain only 81 calories; fruit juices add approximately 100 calories.
Ingredients:

Complex, Schizandra, Siberian Ginseng, Foti, Bioflavanoid-Hesperidin Complex,

Notes:
Alka Slim contains no yeast. Not heat treated.
Recommended Use:
For normal weight loss or weight maintenance: Eat one or two meals daily and
substitute an Alk Slim Diet drink for one or two meals. Use two level scoops
(scoop enclosed) of Alka Slim Powder with approximately 8-10oz. of unsweetened
fresh or bottled fruit juice for each drink (dilute with water to desired
taste). Vigorously stir in half of the juice, then add the rest and stir again.
For delicious fruit shakes, blend Alka Slim with fresh fruit and ice cubes.
Juices recommended for use with Alka Slim are apple cider or juice, pineapple,
orange, berries (all kinds). Drink plenty of water and/or herbal teas. Avoid
caffeine and alcohol.
